Hi, I’m willow
Landscape designer, creator, and maker.
I’m a landscape designer and lifelong creator interested in the ways landscapes can connect people, communities, and the natural world. My work explores how thoughtful design can make everyday spaces more welcoming, playful, and connected to place.
Outside of landscape architecture, I’m almost always making something. I love learning new creative skills, working with my hands, and finding inspiration in the world around me.
Designing and Making
Whether I’m designing a public landscape, experimenting with watercolor, or figuring out a new knitting pattern, I’m happiest when I’m creating. I’m naturally curious and enjoy learning through experimentation, making, and doing.
Outside the studio
When I’m not working on a landscape project, you can usually find me outside or working on some kind of creative project. I love hiking, gardening, skiing, rock climbing, and exploring new places with my dog, Tripp. I’m also constantly picking up a new hobby, from glass blowing to watercolor painting, and seeing where it takes me.
I’m especially interested in landscape work that creates meaningful public spaces, strengthens connections between people and nature, and brings more green space into cities and communities.
